This kit is based on a Frisco Railroad prototype that was used as a freight/passenger depot in Blairstown, Missouri and stood until passenger service ended in the 1960's.

The second floor was originally used as a living quarters for the station agent and his family.

Later it was used for storage and Boy Scout meetings! The one story extension was used for freight and baggage.
