WE USE A FLAT SHIPPING RATE EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY IF PRODUCT IS OF LARGE SIZE AND HEAVY IN WEIGHT.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARCEL BE LEFT AT THE DOOR. IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME THERE WILL BE A CARD LEFT AT YOUR RESIDENCE WITH PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS BY THE CARRIER. ALL PARCELS WILL REQUIRE YOUR SIGNATURE AS A CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AS OF PRODUCTS ACCEPTED AND DELIVERED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS COMPANY POLICY. IF YOU REQUEST ITEM TO BE LEFT AT DOOR STEP ON YOUR ORDER FORM WE WILL RESPECTFULLY CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND YOUR FUNDS IN FULL

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS RESTRICTED ITEMS NOTICE :

We at Strike Force Hobbies will not ship goods to third parties. You will have to receive the goods in your Name & Address then you will have to ship them to the other party.

Strike Force Hobbies will not ship orders to any and all freight forwarding company addresses at this time.

There are some categories of hobby merchandise which Strike Force Hobbies is not able to ship overseas destinations due to Company Policy & Government restrictions:

All Radio Controlled Products over $125.00 retail value.
Any drop shipped orders placed from third party sources.
All spray paint cans and aerosol products such as compressed air.
All rocket motors or rocket kits containing motors cannot be shipped to foreign destinations.

Postal regulations have additional restrictions on types of merchandise shipped to some foreign countries.

We at Strike Force Hobbies in each case will honor these restrictions. Any restricted items will be removed from the customers order and a credit applied.

STRIKE FORCE HOBBIES does ship to CANADA,UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and INTERNATIONAL destinations.

Upon check out you will thus be given the choice to choose your shipping method,the cost will be displayed based on your location. This allows you to choose the best cost suited to your budget weather it is next day, ground , airmail..etc the choice is yours to make.

We utilize CANADA POST/PRIORITY POST, PUROLATOR INTERNATIONAL,AND FED EX. We also have TNT and EMS as our primary international carriers.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the gross weight and the destination . Please note oversized parcels may carry an extra charge , we will thus contact you to confirm extra cost prior to charging your credit card .We thus advise all customers to insure their purchases via a small additional charge which we can apply to your shipping charges. This cost is normally $0.75 per hundred dollars worth of order.

IMPORT AND DUTY TAXES :

Please note there is no import duty and or taxes on all plastic model kits entering UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. In other regions of the world customers may be asked to pay import duty , taxes ,custom clearance charges any one or all of the above payments may be requested from you and you are responsible for these costs.

We thus have no control as per any of the above charges. If a package is returned due to non payment of taxes or import duty charges we will deduct 15% re-stocking fee from your payment and shipping charges . All remaining balance will be refunded to you or credited on your credit card.

We highly recommend you contact your country customs office if you are unclear of costs . Please note if customs does not inspect your parcel you may not be charged for taxes and import duty charges. You are the importer of goods when receiving items and you should comply with all laws of your country.

Regular Surface Parcel : THIS IS THE MOST ECONOMIC TAKES 2 AND 4 WEEKS RESPECTFULLY.

AirMail Parcel (International): THIS METHOD YOU WILL SEE DELIVERY TIME OF 3-5 WEEKS.
Expresspost Parcel: THIS IS BEST SHIPPING BALANCE VS TIME OF DELIVERY, TIME OF DELIVERY IS BETWEEN 4 AND 7 BUSINESS DAYS .
Purolator, UPS, and Fed Ex : MOST EXPENSIVE METHOD BUT QUICK TURNAROUND ON DELIVERY 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
We will advise as per your cost if you wish to have shipping via Expresspost,Purolator , UPS, and or Fed Ex. Please check off on checkout and we will advise you of your shipping cost via e-mail,fax or phone call.
WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY INCLUDING ALL CANADIAN GOVERNMENT STATUTORY HOLIDAYS.

CALCULATING SHIPPING COST :
We use a " base rate " for calculating shipping charges on all DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL orders.
Shipping cost may be higher due to size and weight of the parcel we will advise the customer.
We do not overcharge customers on shipping cost,customer pays exact rate as deemed by the carrier selected.
Large Orders,Heavy & Large Parcels extra shipping charges will apply customer to be notified via email or phone.

INTERNATIONAL :

All international orders outside the UNITED STATES and CANADA base shipping rate applies.This price may be adjusted internally if the order is of an unusually large or small size customer will be advised via email.

Shipping charges quoted will be based on CANADA POST/PRIORITY POST , PUROLATOR INTERNATIONAL , UPS, AND FED EX rates. Actual charges will be adjusted due to package size, weight, shipping method and destination. This modified amount along with your tracking number will be emailed to you prior to your order being processed and shipped .

Extra large/heavy boxes will be charged an additional fee on your order confirmation. This modified amount will be forwarded to your e-mail address with your tracking number.

We will not be held responsible for shipping delays and are unable to issue refunds for shipping charges because of delayed shipments due to peak seasonal demand, acts of God, acts of civil military authority, earthquakes, hurricanes, Snowstorms, fires, strikes, floods, epidemics, attacks, war,delays in transportation, acts and conditions beyond the control of our freight carriers. other causes beyond Seller's reasonable control, including, without limitation, delays in obtaining products from distributors, necessary credit card authorization, address verification and/or necessary information from buyer to process order.
