Etch Primer and 60ml Hardener supplied in Glass Jars.

Mixing ratio by volume
Primer (Grey Liquid) 60 ml to Hardener 60 ml (ONLY MIX WHAT YOU REQUIRE
EACHH TIME)
Prepare the mixture in a plastic beaker DO NOT USE metallic containers.
Once mixed Pot-life is 24 hours @ 20° C
Drying Time
Air drying at 20 °C: - Dust free: 8 – 10 min. - Handling: 20 min. - Through
drying: 60 min.
If required sand using 3600 grade or higher Micromesh or Ultra Fine Scotch
Brite Pads
Once applied
thoroughly clean your Airbrush A.S.A.P. as the Primer will damage your
Airbrush if left.
Characteristics
Excellent adhesion on Iron, Steel, Aluminium and White Metal, Light Alloys,
Zinc-coated Metal and Stainless Steel, Good covering power, Fast drying,
Chromate-free and lead free
Health and Safety
Notes :
Highly flammable. Irritating to eyes and skin. May cause sensitization by
skin contact.
Toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the
aquatic environment.
Vapors may cause drowsiness and dizziness. Keep container in a
well-ventilated place.
Avoid contact with skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately
with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Wear suitable gloves. If accidentally swallowed obtain immediate medical
attention. DO NOT induce vomiting.
All Zero Paints dry matt
and require clearcoating unless otherwise specified
Application Notes :
Zero Paints are pre-thinned for Airbrush use. Shake container
until paint is thoroughly mixed. Spray at 15 - 40 psi,
3 - 4 medium cross coats are recommended. Air drying at 20°C
Dust-free: 5 – 10 mins, Tack-free: 20 - 30 mins.
For additional thinning use Basecoat

Which
Airbrush Cleaner should I use ?
You can use either use Zero
Paints Airbrush Cleaner or Basecoat
Thinners, alternatively any thinners that contain Toluene
should work, but it's best to test first. DO
NOT use White Spirt or Acrylic Thinners, they are not suitable. |
